We want you to love your Sugarhill Brighton pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form or packing slip is included inside the parcel.
Label and Post
Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
